Energy Healing and Healthy Aging

The Western science has already accepted that human beings are more than just body, that an energetic field, called bio-energy, surrounds our physical body. It is proven that any disease will affect our bio-energy field ,but it is less known that restoring the energy flow in the body can help our physical body to re-establish its natural health.

Reiki is a light-touch, energy-based healing technique administered by “laying on of hands”. It helps to clear the energetic layers of our body, so that clearing can begin in the physical body. It also helps to boost energy levels and strengthens the immune system.

Reiki works on mind, body and spirit so can be helpful for both physical and emotional problems. After a Reiki session, people are experiencing relaxation, feelings of peace, security and well-being. Some of the other beneficial effects are: pain relief, physical mobility, energy and vitality increase, stress relief, emotional balance and stability, migraine, headache, and insomnia reduction or elimination.

Reiki is suitable for everybody, from newborns to seniors. Today’s aging population is confronted with chronic health issues, like blood pressure, fibromyalgia, diabetes, arthritis, back problems, joint aches and pains, asthma, depression, and many more, regardless of the group age or whether they’re active, retired or in elder care. Energy healing has beneficial effects on these medical conditions and is a safe and effective complement to allopathic medicine. More than this, it can help reduce some of the side effects of drug therapy.

Reiki does not have contraindications or side-effects and it works very well in conjunction with any other recommended treatment. Its healing and relaxation benefits are now used in some hospitals with great success.

« Light Reflection »

All men dream: but not equally.
Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity.
But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible.
