Patterns of Energy

Patterns of Energy

Everybody has their specific energy signature, as unique as the DNA or fingerprints. This energy pattern determines our behavior as well as the interaction with our environment.

One of the characteristics of the energy pattern, maybe the most important one, is the energy level. This is usually called vitality and it influences the strength of our immune system. This level of vital energy is responsible for our body’s resistance to external attacks like bacteria and viruses and our body’s response to injuries and extreme environmental conditions. It is also responsible for our emotional response to the stress in our daily life and from here, for our reactions to the stressful situations. Ultimately, our energy level determines the way we respond to any kind of treatment, either conventional, like surgery and drugs, or alternative.

There is an infinite number of energy levels, but we can divide them in four main categories. These categories are based on our health condition.

Weak Energy

The patterns in the first category are characterized by a weak energy level. People are feeling completely drained of vitality. This state of low energy is the fertile breeding ground for serious illnesses. They may have a chronic illness, or they may often have some sort of infection. Frequent depressions are characteristic to the people in this category. They have to act immediately to increase their energy level, but most of the time they need the help of an energy practitioner.

Fluctuating Energy

The energy level in the second category is fluctuating around the middle line between low and high. People are feeling well half of the time, but they experience periods of fatigue. They lack stamina and they are emotionally unstable and easily irritated. There is no reason to look for medical advice, but they have the feeling of not being well. When trapped in this indeterminate state of unease, we are slowly but surely wearing ourselves out, unless we take action to increase our energy level.

Strong Energy

The energy pattern in the third category is stronger and smoother. The vital energy is more powerful and stable. People are usually fit and they have a consistent level of alertness and stamina. However, occasionally, their energy level goes under the median line and they may experience small illnesses, which have a reduced intensity and duration. These people usually act towards maintaining and even increasing their energy levels through different methods.

In rare cases, you can also experience priapism which would require immediate medical attention. viagra sans prescription canada Problems begin in every relationship due to sexual sale of viagra dysfunction or lack of erection can take this medicine 40-50 minutes before his sexual activity. Powerful Energy

The level of energy for the patterns in the fourth category is exceptionally strong. This state is the result of a persistent effort and regularly energy training. People are dynamic and exuberant. Usually they are happy and calm. They are very rarely ill, and they recover remarkably fast from any illness. They radiate energy around them and other people are attracted to them. They can use their energy to help others and often they are doing it consciously.

Conclusion

We can consciously influence our level of energy and migrate from one category to another. There is a great range of energy development techniques. We can gather energy by ourselves, using breathing exercises combined with movement or body posture like those practiced in Chi Kung, Tai Chi or Yoga. We can adopt a healthy diet based on raw, organic fruits and vegetables that give us a high level of energy and do not require an effort from our body for processing. We can also look for the help of an energy therapist, like a Reiki practitioner or a Chi Kung master. Sometimes, a combination of these three methods is the best choice for a fast recovery from a severe illness. We have to remember that energy comes in infinite supply and there is always a way to access it and use it to (re)create and maintain our health and well-being.

All men dream: but not equally.
Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity.
But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible.

T.E. Lawrence
(1888-1935)
